×Ritika
Hi, I’m Ritika Bajaj – a Clinical Psychologist with an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London. My therapy style is grounded, personal, and deeply human. I believe that healing happens when therapy isn’t just a space to talk, but a space to truly understand yourself – layer by layer – and build tools that make life feel more balanced and meaningful.
My approach is rooted in mindfulness-based techniques while drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Schema approaches, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
Every session is tailored to you – your story, your pace, and your goals. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, or identity concerns, I offer a space that is both compassionate and growth-oriented.
×Sanyukta Pawar
Hi, I’m Sanyukta Pawar. I have completed an MA in Clinical Psychology and work from a warm, collaborative, and solution-focused therapeutic approach. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to speak openly – a space where you don’t have to have things figured out to begin. Therapy, for me, is about meeting you where you are and moving forward at a pace that feels right.
I use an integrative approach, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and emotion-focused work. In our sessions, we gently look at patterns in thoughts and emotions, set clear and realistic goals, and work with simple, practical strategies or tasks that you can try between sessions.
I often remind clients that awareness is the first shift, and that small, consistent steps matter more than sudden breakthroughs.
Clients often share that sessions feel calming, structured, and supportive, and that they leave with greater clarity and helpful takeaways. I believe that you don’t need to be fixed – you need to be understood, and that change becomes possible when things feel a little safer inside.
I value collaboration, emotional safety, and ethical practice, and see therapy as a supportive partnership focused on building insight, confidence, and meaningful change.
