Hi, I’m Ritika Bajaj — a Clinical Psychologist with an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London. My therapy style is grounded, personal, and deeply human. Hi, I’m Sanyukta Pawar. I have completed an MA in Clinical Psychology and work from a warm, collaborative, and solution-focused therapeutic approach. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to speak openly — a space where you don’t have to have things figured out to begin. Therapy, for me, is about meeting you where you are and moving forward at a pace that feels right.
I use an integrative approach, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and emotion-focused work. In our sessions, we gently look at patterns in thoughts and emotions, set clear and realistic goals, and work with simple, practical strategies or tasks that you can try between sessions.
I often remind clients that awareness is the first shift, and that small, consistent steps matter more than sudden breakthroughs.
Clients often share that sessions feel calming, structured, and supportive, and that they leave with greater clarity and helpful takeaways. I believe that you don’t need to be fixed — you need to be understood, and that change becomes possible when things feel a little safer inside.
